We are providing Operation & Maintenance / Manning services for Chillers since 1999 as well as HVAC along with BMS. The main motto of the O & M services is to help our clients in minimizing machine down-time and increasing its performance by providing skilled & trained operators and by timely.
O & M of HVAC System we are monitoring and maintaining the comfort cooling of Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Cinema Theatres, Multiplex, Corporate Companies Admin Building etc.
We are deputing Highly Skilled and well experienced Operators for Operation of HVAC System.
O & M taken on basis of providing of Man Power or Comprehensive Contract which shall depend as per the Customer’s requirements.
Equipment’s in O & M are covered; Chiller and Pumps related with HVAC, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Heat Recovery Units, fresh Air Units, Cooling Tower, water make up tanks related with HVAC etc.
Our Operator logs the reading as per the format given by Client / given by us, his responsibility is to handle and maintain the entire HVAC System coming under the contract.
