Sharing The Joy of Giving….

In the times when many are scared about the future….
In the times when there is scarcity of right people….
In the times when loyalty of the team is tested….

• However just giving them notebooks seem a very small task. Though our organization is not big enough to have CSR activity, we thought we will expand our reach.

• While I was thinking about reaching out, another thought crossed my mind was, ‘why not let our employees feel the Joy of Giving’. If we can put some effort in making things around them a little bit positive, maybe it will enrich their life in a very unique way.

• We decided to distribute the 10000 Notebooks in the primary schools located in the villages of our employees. These distributions will be done by the employees and their families on behalf of the company.

• We could reach 12 Villages, in 3 Districts and almost 2500+ Students were benefitted. Our 25 employees took part in the process. The Joy of Giving we experienced through them is immeasurable.

• We do not know whether they will continue working with us in coming years, but we believe they will always remember the feeling of giving. As make them our partners in the Joy of Giving, they may take the cause ahead, in coming times.

• We understand this is a very small number of employees, if we look that we have almost 400 employees. This is just a beginning. We are searching for new opportunities and ideas for such activities. We also hope our clients will appreciate the efforts and encourage us doing good work, in addition to the services we are giving to them.
